Probate and Administration of Estates

Probate - General

Death is a taboo, and nobody likes to discuss about it. However, it strikes everyone, no matter how rich or poor, male or female. It is inevitable.

When one is faced with a death in the family, sometimes, confusion arises and there may be disputes between family members. It is a matter of degree.

Common questions for layman (not familiar with estate matter) is "What should do I do now?" or "Who get what shares of his assets?" or "Did he make a Will?".

So, how does Loh Eben Ong & Partners' Probate & Administration of Estate Centre assist a client who is faced with a bereavement in the family?

We hope to bridge this gap by assisting our client in making expeditious application to the Court for the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration or Reseal an existing Grant of Representation.
